You get good at what you do all day.  You know a lot about selling insurance because that is what you spend your time doing.  As a result, understanding how to implement marketing strategies designed to increase your agency’s survey scoring and participation may not be one of your areas of expertise.

If you are reading this blog post, it is likely that you are an Allstate Agent.  You are responsible for selling insurance. You manage people and processes. If you’ve been in this business awhile, you realize that you can’t take care of every little detail yourself.  You have to delegate.

Managing Effective Processes Is Key

Then there’s this thing called the ACES Survey and a certain amount of your clients need to participate in it.  Your level of compensation is dependent on its results.

I talk to agency owners all day long and I get the feeling that sometimes they just get overwhelmed when it comes to how they are going to get their clients to participate in one more survey.  I sense that some of them have given up.

After all, aren’t we “surveyed” to death in this world?  Every organization from the cable company to Uber and back, wants you to spend a few minutes your time to take some stinkin’ survey.
